Overview

This policy explains what LessonCraft collects, why we collect it, and how we keep your information secure. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use your lesson content to train public AI models.

What we collect

• Email address and basic identity details from Google sign-in (OAuth).
• Lesson inputs you provide (grade, topic, standards, and preferences).
• Generated lesson outputs, stored so you can access and edit your plans.
• Basic usage metrics to understand product performance (if analytics are enabled).

How we use data

• Generate lesson plans and variants based on your inputs.
• Improve LessonCraft features, reliability, and support.
• Provide billing and account-related communications.

Data storage & processors

LessonCraft uses an AI processing provider to generate lesson outputs. We also use Supabase for authentication and database storage, and Stripe to process payments. We only share the minimum data needed to provide these services and never send passwords or payment details to our AI processing provider.

Student data guidance

Do not include student names or sensitive personal information in prompts. If a lesson requires student-specific details, use placeholders and add those details after you export the plan.

Data retention & deletion

We keep account data and lesson content while your account is active so you can access and edit your plans. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@getlessoncraft.com.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies are only used if enabled to improve the product. We do not sell your data.
